Returns

If VMD is unable to supply any product purchased from this site the customer will be notified within 5 days and a full refund will be issued. VMD will refund any product purchased from this site if it is returned to one of the below addresses within 14 days of receipt. A refund will be provided within 7 days of receiving the return. Product must include a copy of the order confirmation, have original packaging and be unworn in the same condition as received. The customer must arrange their own freight for any returns.

For product purchased from this site allow up to 10 days for delivery. VMD will only credit genuine warranty claims if the product cannot be repaired or replaced. VMD does not accept exchanges.
