12 Month Warranty on all Vista Readers

At Vista Readers your complete satisfaction is our priority and we stand behind all of our products. Our products are covered for manufacturing defects for 12 months from the date of purchase. Vista Readers will repair or replace any pair of glasses found to be defective - exclusive of damage caused by improper or unreasonable use.

The warranty does not apply to normal wear, including lens scratching or accidental breakage. Any glasses returned during the warranty period must be accompanied by original proof of purchase.

Please take a picture of the defective glasses showing the complete frame.

Include your full name, return shipping address and magnification strength of your glasses.

Attach your original proof of purchase or a copy of your order confirmation if purchased from our website.
